I'm Sejal Jain, Co-Founder and Director of Therapact. Through years of clinical practice across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and private practice, I've seen how often people wait until they're struggling deeply before reaching out for support.
I've also seen how stigma, accessibility, and the perceived cost of mental healthcare can make that first step even harder. But support doesn't always have to begin when things reach a breaking point.
That belief is at the heart of Therapact. We wanted to create a space where people can recognise what they're going through, begin with simple and guided self-help tools, and know that professional clinical support is available if they need to take the next step.
My own clinical approach draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practice, but beyond any particular framework, I believe mental healthcare should feel approachable, respectful, and free from judgment. Therapact is our attempt to make that first step feel a little less intimidating, and a little more accessible.
