About us

For a better you, everyday.

Therapact Health is a mental wellness platform built to help people take that first step earlier, with support that is accessible, practical, and easy to fit into everyday life. We begin with clinician built self-help tools that people can access from the comfort of their homes. These tools are designed to help users understand and work through everyday mental health challenges in a simple, structured way. When self-help isn't enough, support doesn't have to stop there. Users can book sessions with RCI-licensed clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, making it easier to move from self-guided support to professional care when they need it.

Because building better mental health isn't only about addressing problems. It's also about staying engaged along the way. Our motivational video library offers encouraging, non-clinical content designed to keep users coming back, reflecting, and taking small steps towards their wellbeing.

A note from our founder

“Mental healthcare in India is too often treated as a last resort, we're working to make it a first response instead.”

Through years of clinical practice across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and private practice, I've seen how often people wait until they're struggling deeply before reaching out for support. I've also seen how stigma, accessibility, and the perceived cost of mental healthcare can make that first step even harder. But support doesn't always have to begin when things reach a breaking point.

Over the years, his association with leading platforms across India and close engagement with thousands of bright aspirants have given him deep insights into both the potential of young people and the barriers that prevent them from realising it fully.

This experience led him to move beyond conventional academics and focus on holistic mentoring, including the psychological and mental well-being of students, in collaboration with clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.

“Mental healthcare in India is too often treated as a last resort. We're working to make it a first response instead.”

I'm Sejal Jain, Co-Founder and Director of Therapact.

That belief is at the heart of Therapact. We wanted to create a space where people can recognise what they're going through, begin with simple and guided self-help tools, and know that professional clinical support is available if they need to take the next step.

My own clinical approach draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practice, but beyond any particular framework, I believe mental healthcare should feel approachable, respectful, and free from judgment. Therapact is our attempt to make that first step feel a little less intimidating, and a little more accessible.

“You can be doing "everything right" and still feel like you're barely holding it together.”

Hi, I'm Saloni Sharma, an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, M.Phil Clinical Psychology). Over the past years, I've had the privilege of working with people who are often the ones others lean on: the reliable friend, the high-achieving professional, the parent who always shows up.

From the outside, life looks handled. Inside, it's a different story: racing thoughts at 2am, a low hum of anxiety that never fully switches off, or the quiet fatigue of carrying old hurts no one else can see.

Therapy with me isn't about being told what's "wrong" with you. It's a space to slow down, be honest, and actually understand what's going on beneath the surface, at a pace that feels safe for you.

I work primarily with CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ACT, not as clinical jargon, but as real tools. CBT helps untangle the loop between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Mindfulness brings you back to the present when your mind won't stop running ahead. ACT helps you reconnect with what actually matters to you, even when things feel hard.

We might work through anxiety, grief, relationship strain, or just the sense of being stuck. Wherever you are, we start there.

RCI Registered Clinical Psychologist
6+ years M.Phil Clinical Psychology

I am an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in psychodiagnostics and evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, personality factors, and relationship difficulties.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relational work to offer individualised, goal-oriented support.

I have 6 years of clinical experience across private practice and multidisciplinary mental health settings. My work spans conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan.

I am committed to offering affirmative, inclusive, and culturally attuned care, with a strong grounding in queer-affirmative and trauma-informed frameworks.

“The heart cannot forget until it has contemplated what it has lost.”

I chose psychology because I have always been deeply interested in what lies beneath the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Over time, I came to see therapy not simply as a way of "fixing" problems, but as a space where we can understand ourselves more honestly.

I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist and my approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic and relational. I believe that our present experiences are often connected to patterns we have developed over time, through our relationships, experiences, identities, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves.

Alongside psychodynamic therapy, I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed practice, depending on what feels most useful for the person I am working with. I do not believe that therapy should look the same for everyone.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and identity concerns, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I also work with individuals who may simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves without necessarily having a specific diagnosis.

Therapy, to me, is a place where you can come as you are and together, we can begin to understand why you are the way you are.

Therapact isn't a replacement for in-person therapy, it's the bridge to it. Our self-help tools, clinician built techniques, and mood tracking help people build daily psychological skills and stay consistent between sessions, something a once-a-week clinic visit can't offer alone. And when someone needs deeper clinical support, licensed sessions are built right into the same app, so there's no gap between "I need help" and actually getting it. Think of it as care that meets you daily, with the option to go as deep as you need, whenever you need it.

Every mental health professional on Therapact goes through a thorough verification process before joining the platform. We review their qualifications, credentials, and professional background to ensure that the care you receive comes from appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.

Yes. Therapact is built with enterprise-grade security: encrypted handling of sensitive data, role-based access control, consent-first workflows, and complete audit logging. Your sessions, notes and journal entries stay between you and your care team.

You can choose and manage your subscription through the Therapact app. Payments are processed securely, and you can view details such as your plan, renewal information, and payment history at any time. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, so you'll always know what you're signing up for.

Therapact provides quick access to emergency helplines and crisis support resources when you need immediate assistance. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right away. The app makes these important resources easily accessible when you need them most.

The Therapact app is available on both iOS and Android. Therapists and administrators use dedicated secure web dashboards, so the whole ecosystem stays connected.
